Mushroom Pâté Filling

Yield 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 (2 3/4-ounce) cans French liver pâté
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Sauté mushrooms and green onion in butter in a medium skillet until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Remove from heat; let cool completely.
