1 large red bell pepper
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
How to Make It
Slice bell pepper into strips. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper, mushrooms, rosemary, and soy sauce. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Stir well; cover and cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
