- 2 1/2 cups purple muscadine juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Bring muscadine juice and sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 25 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Cool completely (about 30 minutes). Store in refrigerator.
