Mulled Cranberry Sipper

  • 32 ounces cranberry juice
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 (5-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Garnish: lemon rind twists


  1. Bring cranberry juice, water, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Discard solids; stir in orange juice. Serve warm or cold. Garnish, if desired.
