I've started making this so that I have it on hand all the time. I love it. I couldn't find any wheat germ, so I left that out. I also missed the milk step the first time I made it (and wondered why I had to refrigerate it overnight...). Since then, when making it, I've chosen to leave both those ingredients out. I like the crunchiness of it w/ plain yogurt, and I think the milk would make it soggy. I usually add some kind of fresh berries to it when I eat it.

The hardest part about the recipe is getting all the ingredients. But if you can at least find most of them, this is a tasty, healthy, and extremely filling breakfast. I was happy with my portion, and added some extra nuts and maple syrup on top to make my husband happy.
