  • 3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 cup(s) lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cup(s) oats
  • 1/4 cup(s) raisins
  • 3 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts


  1. Mix together all ingredients except yogurt. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Add yogurt in morning before serving. Stir well.
