How to Make It

Slice 6 large ripe tomatoes and 1 1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella. Thinly slice 1/2 bunch of fresh basil. On a serving platter, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side. Serves
