  • 2 Tomato sauce
  • 2cloves Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil and oregano
  • Sugar

  2. Pot with water to about half way point. Boil until neck bones or hocks turn light brown. Add the rest and cook on low for about 2 hrs, stirring about every 15 minutes or it will burn bottom of pan.
