- 12 ounce(s) refrigerated steam in bag cubed butternut squash
- 2 tablespoon(s) orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon(s) grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
- Microwave squash according to package directions. Place squash in a bowl. Add marmalade, ginger and cumin, toss gently sprinkle with cilantro. Serve immediately.
