Perfect balance of flavors. If you can find the Ras el Hanout, use it! If you go to igourmet.com, they have it there. I did use half ground turkey, which made the meatballs a little more delicate, and I had to cook them a it beyond what I would like to if I had used only lamb. Served with steamed rice, Indian dal and a chilly white wine. Will definitely make this one again!
