Moroccan Mint Tea
- 3 teaspoons green tea (preferably China green or gunpowder)
- 1 cup fresh packed mint leaves
- 6 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- Add a small amount of boiling water to a teapot, and swirl to warm the pot. Discard water, and add all ingredients to teapot. Pour 1 quart of boiling water into teapot, and swirl once or twice to dissolve sugar. Allow to steep 5 minutes. Strain before serving in traditional glass teacups.
