- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 cups boiling water
- 2 regular-size green tea bags
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
How to Make It
Stir sugar into 5 cups boiling water until dissolved. Pour mixture over tea bags and mint. Cover and steep 10 minutes; discard tea bags.
Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint. Serve hot or cold.
