Moroccan Mini Burgers

Make these recipes in 30 minutes or less. Start with 1 pound of ground beef to feed about 4 people; adjust for your family's size. Season it with salt and pepper as you cook.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Preparation

  1. Mix beef, 1 minced onion, and 1 tsp. each ground pepper, cinnamon, cumin, coriander and cayenne; moisten with 2 Tbsp. oil; form into mini patties and sauté. Serve with couscous.
