Ingredients
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
- 1 large onion sliced very thin
- 3 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) coriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 chicken cut up
- 1 lemon quarted
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a dutch oven. Cover & simmer on medium to low heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
