  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 large onion sliced very thin
  • 3 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) coriander
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 chicken cut up
  • 1 lemon quarted


  1. Add all ingredients to a dutch oven. Cover & simmer on medium to low heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
