Morning Energizer Smoothie
As bananas ripen and brown, they actually become sweeter. Instead of throwing them away, slice and place in a zip-top plastic freezer bag. Simply toss the frozen slices directly into the blender.

- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
