Morning Energizer Smoothie

As bananas ripen and brown, they actually become sweeter. Instead of throwing them away, slice and place in a zip-top plastic freezer bag. Simply toss the frozen slices directly into the blender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced

Preparation

  1. 1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
