Morning Energizer Smoothie

As bananas ripen and brown, they actually become sweeter. Instead of throwing them away, slice and place in a zip-top plastic freezer bag. Simply toss the frozen slices directly into the blender.

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 large banana, sliced

Preparation

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
