The inspiration for this sweet and savory blintz is a Monte Cristo sandwich: cooked ham or turkey and Swiss cheese on bread that has been dipped in egg and cooked in butter. The sandwich is usually topped with powdered sugar and jam.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place 4 blintzes in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with ham and cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Top each with strawberry spread, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
