Mom's Meat Loaf is a classic. Something about this homestyle dish is just comforting and with only 5 ingredients, it's easy too.

Combine ground beef, egg, crackers, 1/4 cup catsup and onion together; pat into an ungreased 9"x5" loaf pan.
Spread remaining catsup on top; bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until center is no longer pink.
