    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I'm surprised no one has ever reviewed this! It was comfort food, and very good. I served this with mashed potatoes, so I omitted the boiled potatoes, but used lots of onions, baby carrots and celery, plus a little minced garlic. Also added 1 T. of tomato paste and a touch of Worcestershire sauce to the gravy, but it would have been good with or without those additions.
