How to Make It

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in eggs until smooth.

Step 2

Press half of dough into the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Spread jelly over dough in pan. Sprinkle one cup peanut butter chips over jelly.

Step 3

Crumble remaining dough over chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven; sprinkle remaining chips on top. Cool; cut into squares.
