Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2/3 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1/4 cup(s) Carrots Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard (or 1 tsp regular)
  • 1 15oz can(s) baked beans
  • 1 8oz can(s) tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Saute onion and butter. Add beef and brown. DRAIN then add everything else. Heat until bubbly then reduce to simmer for at least 1 hour (I always give it 2 or more)
