- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans water
- Salt, pepper, parsley and garlic
- 1. Brown meat in olive oil. Transfer to crock pot and add 2 cups hot water. Cook on low for about 5 hours.
- 3. Mix 2 cans tomato paste with 4 cans water. Add salt, pepper and garlic, and pinch of sugar to taste. Cook additional 23 hours on low.
- 4. Boil pasta. Mix with sauce and grated cheese.
