Mom's Rice Casserole
- 2 c rice (quick cooking)
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 8 oz velveeta
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 pkgs frozen broccoli & cauliflower
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- Cook rice and drain. Cook vegetables, drain. mix all together and place in a 9 X 13 in baking dish. Slice cheese and place on top. Bake in oven 350 for about 30 minutes until cheese melted and mixture heated through.
