Mom's Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter

Preparation

Mix the first six ingredients and put in pie crust. Dot with butter.

Topping:

1/2 c butter

1 c flour

1/2 c brown sugar

Mix together and top pie

Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes

Let cool completely before cutting
