  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 pound(s) Italian sausage
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes (No 2 1/2 can)
  • 2 can(s) tomato paste (8oz can)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) MSG
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 can(s) mushrooms (3oz can)


  1. 1) saute ground beef and sausage in oil
  2. 2) add tomatoes, sauce, seasonings, and mushrooms; mix well
  3. 3) cook slowly for 2 hours until thickened
