  • 1/2 cup(s) Margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) pecans Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) cold coffee Cold
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground gloves Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped cherries Chopped
  • 1 whole(s) Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) dates Chopped


  1. Mix all together. Chill in frig for 1 hour. On a slightly greased cook sheet drop a rounded teaspoon full of batter off the spoon with your finger to push batter onto the cookie sheet approx. 2 inches apart. Bake at 350*F until set. Just until. 5-10 minutes, depending on the temperature, so check often. Cool on a wire rack.
