- Mom Louise's Crab Cake Recipe
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 6 crackers broken up to crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- Beat the egg and add the seasoning. Combine egg mixture and remaining ingredients. Make into cakes and deep fry or pan fry until golden brown.
