The cake tasted like a fluffy brownie (you can really tell the egg whites lighten it up!) but over all the cake was nothing special, good but not "amazing". BUT the caramel sauce was super yummy and I would make that again for all kinds of things.. icecream topping, etc.. The appearance of the cake was dissapointing.... not really visually appealing, thus I wouldn't serve it for company.
