These were so delicious! I tripled the size of the gnocchi to cut time, so they were the size of a dumpling. Served with honey mustard-glazed green beans and lobster tails for New Year's Eve - what an elegant dish!

This is time-consuming to make but worth every minute. This was spectacular! Make for a special family dinner or company, but not for a large crowd. I served with Alfredo sauce, which makes this aboslutely to die for. A slice of cholesterol and calorie heaven. Serve with a simple veggie, asparagus or broccoli, especially if using the Alfredo sauce. Will make again, but in a much larger batch, so I can freeze some for later.
