Try this "mock" guacamole for something fabulously different. Frozen english peas sub in for avocados but provide a familiar gaucamole color and texture.

How to Make It

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add first 4 ingredients; process 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add salsa and remaining ingredients; stir well. Serve with fat-free tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
