Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of red pepper

Preparation

Beat egg yolks; gradually stir about one-fourth of hot Thick White Sauce into egg yolks. Stir into remaining hot Thick White Sauce. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; gradually add lemon juice, stirring well. Stir in pepper.
