  • 1 (2-ounce) jar instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 gallon fat-free milk
  • 8 cups (1/2 gallon) chocolate no-sugar-added, reduced-fat ice cream, softened
  • 8 cups (1/2 gallon) vanilla no-sugar-added, fat-free ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed


  1. 1. Combine coffee granules and boiling water, stirring until coffee granules dissolve. Add sweetener, stirring until dissolved. Cover and chill.
  2. 2. Combine coffee mixture and milk in a large punch bowl; gently stir in ice creams. Spoon whipped topping onto ice cream mixture. Serve immediately.
