Mocha Polka

Yield 4 cups


  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 2 cups brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon light rum (optional)
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground nutmeg

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
