- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 2 cups brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 tablespoon light rum (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Ground nutmeg
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
