Mocha Glaze

2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
5 tablespoons fat-free evaporated milk
2 2/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ounce sweet baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine coffee granules and evaporated milk, stirring until coffee dissolves. Set aside.
