i used a 10x7 oval glass dish .. they were done in 25 mins .. NOTHING low fat about this one ! .. perfect sweetness & very dense .. WONDERFUL chocolate dosage ! .. i also used normal chocolate chips .. instead of holding their shape, they melted & serve as wonderful gooey pockets of chocolate which perfectly susbstitutes the fudge topping i didnt use .. better than any fat-loaded brownie

My boyfriend and I love this recipe! I originally could not find fat free hot fudge topping, so I settled for the regular. Made a batch and they turned out so delicious! I love how the instant coffee really brings out the flavor of the chocolate. Boyfriend requested another batch to have a sweet treat at work during the week. I also ended up buying fat free chocolate sundae topping and making a batch with that. I really liked them as they were a little more moist than the batch with full fat fudge topping. My boyfriend prefers the full fat version, but I dont think they really taste that different. Either way, this is a great recipe that I will be making over and over again.

Holy Cow! These are GOOD! These should be called triple fudge!! Even non-brownie guests took seconds. Fantastic warm out of the oven, really good with vanilla icecream. Crunchy around the edges, soft in the middle. Not too sweet and the slight coffee taste is just right. I doubled the recipe and split in two pans. There was not enough dough to completely cover the chocolate syrup layer, but it did not seem to matter. However, wherever the syrup was touching the edge, it did burn a little - so keep the syrup to the middle. I will definately be making again.

These were so good! The fudge layer makes them moist and great when stuck in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. It doesn't make you miss a "real" brownie at all!
