Serve this mix as an appetizer, or sprinkle it over salads for extra crunch and spice. It's also great by the handful as a summertime snack.
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cashews
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put butter in a mediumsize pan and melt in oven. Add nuts, seeds and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Bake nut mixture until toasted, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
