Mixed Greens with Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

How to Make It

  1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours. Drizzle over salad greens.
