Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup red seedless grape halves

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add greens; toss gently. Divide greens mixture among 4 plates; top evenly with grape halves.
