Ingredients

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 cups torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup red seedless grape halves

Preparation

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add greens; toss gently. Divide greens mixture among 4 plates; top evenly with grape halves.
