Mixed Fruit Compote with Rum

Yield 4 servings (serving size: about 3/4 cup)
Prep: 4 minutes. If you don't want to use the rum, just leave it out. The mango nectar and lime juice add plenty of extra flavor to the fruit.

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white rum
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 cups mixed fresh cut fruit (about 1 1/2 pounds)
