Miso Vinaigrette

This recipe goes with Lobster and Hearts of Palm Salad

  • Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped dried lemon grass
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil, or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a whisk. Whisk in olive oil and grapeseed oil. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
