Miso Vinaigrette
This recipe goes with Lobster and Hearts of Palm Salad
Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped dried lemon grass
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil, or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a whisk. Whisk in olive oil and grapeseed oil. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
