Miso-Marinated Skirt Steak

    I really enjoyed this steak! I have never cooked steak with miso before but I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful it was. I work with La Cense Beef which sells 100 percent grass fed beef. I used grass fed beef as I use for all <a href="http://www.lacensebeef.com/recipes-and-more/recipe-video-page.aspx">Beef Recipes</a>. I think that it provides really great flavor and it is so much healthier than grain fed beef. If you have yet to try it I would highly recommend it!

    This was awesome! I marinated the steak for 3 days because dinner plans kept changing, I think that this probably only improved the flavor. It's a sweet dish, my fiancé said it reminded him of the "steak on a stick" that you'd get at a Chinese restaurant. I served it over a salad with garlic expressions dressing. I will absolutely make this again!!!!
