- 3 Eggs
- 3 &3/4 ounce(s) Minute Maid lemon juice( 1/2 bottle)
- 1/4 cup(s) Butter or margarine
- 1 Unbanked 9" pastry pie shell
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; blend 3 minutes or until smooth. Add butter; blend 30 seconds. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield 1 (9-inch) pie. Serving suggestions: serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
