  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) package fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add peas. Sauté 2 minutes or just until peas are crisp-tender. Stir in mint, orange rind, and salt.
