Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 sliced peeled ripe mango
  • 1 cup (3 x 1/4-inch) strips peeled jicama
