  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 rinsed red or green jalapeño chili (1-oz. size), minced
  • 1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce (nuoc mam or nam pla)
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

How to Make It
