- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups firmly packed torn mint leaves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Champagne Punch
- Garnish: mint or lime wedges
How to Make It
Bring water to a simmer in a saucepan over medium. Stir in 2 cups mint leaves and sugar. Cover, remove from heat, and steep 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely, about 35 minutes, and remove mint leaves. Stir in lime juice. Stir desired amount into 1 serving of Champagne Punch. Garnish with mint or lime wedges.
