- 1 teaspoon sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 3 to 5 fresh mint sprigs
- 3 ounces bourbon whiskey, divided
- Fresh mint sprig
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a serving glass; mull gently until sugar is dissolved. Add crushed ice, filling glass two-thirds full. Add 2 ounces bourbon; stir briskly. Add additional crushed ice to fill glass. Add remaining bourbon. Place glass in freezer; chill 15 minutes. Garnish with mint sprig.
