  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tamarind puree
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1/4 cup water (optional)
